NAME

sortfalign -Sort foldalign format file by foldalign scores.  

SYNOPSIS

sortfalign [-n number] file  

OPTIONS

sorfalign accepts the following option.

-n number
The number of highest scoring alignments to show. Default (not used) is all alignments. Uses data in the foldalign data format.
