This is a web-based graphic interface and server for consensus application package. It contains cgi module, graphic module, processing module to let users run consensus motif search and create a web-based graphic result interactively.

This program determines consensus patterns in unaligned sequences. The algorithm is based on a matrix representation of a consensus pattern.

This version of consensus starts with a initial matrix obtained by linear runs of consensus or wconsensus, and iteratively goes thru optimization process to enhance the motif pattern matrix.
Wconsensus-v5c: (developed by Gerald Z. Hertz)
This is the modified version of consensus. This program will determine the width of the pattern being sought.
